Terms and conditions
Acceptance of goods
The customer must verify, at the time of delivery of the products, the good condition of the products and packages delivered and that the number of packages and/or products matches the delivery note. The customer must issue any reservations, complaints and observations at the time of delivery, leaving a written record on the delivery note of the carrier and communicating it in writing to Ravial, SA (hereinafter Ravial), by e-mail, immediately. Once the goods have been checked without any incident, they will be considered accepted by the customer, who will waive any claim.
Warranty, returns and complaints
If the customer is not satisfied with the order, he/she will have a maximum period of 30 calendar days from delivery to report any hidden defects or faults in the product. Once this period has elapsed, the Customer will lose all action and right to claim. Ravial might choose, depending on the defect found, to repair the product, replace or return it or reduce its price, provided that within the aforementioned period: (i) the Customer informs Ravial in writing and in an irrefutable manner of the reasons for the return; (ii) the product in question is returned with its original packaging or equivalent and its corresponding invoice; and (iii) Ravial ascertains the defect invoked by the Customer and authorises the return, in which case the Customer will receive the relevant instructions to proceed with the return.
Ravial will not accept returns that do not comply with the above procedure.
The defect invoked by the Customer will not give right to the return of the product in cases where the product is subjected to a use not in accordance with the specifications of each product, by negligence of the Customer in its storage, maintenance or handling, or by its normal deterioration. The Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that certain fabrics are particularly delicate and susceptible to discoloration.
Limitation of liability
Ravial's liability will never exceed the value of the product concerned at the time of sale. Ravial is therefore released from all liability above this maximum.
Unless mandatory statutory provisions to the contrary apply, the Customer's warranty and liability claims are comprehensively covered by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Likewise, in no case shall the Customer be entitled to make contractual or non-contractual claims for damages resulting from, but not limited to, loss of product, loss of use, loss of order, loss of profit, loss of image, and any other direct, indirect or consequential damages.
Reservation of ownership
Even if the invoice constitutes a bill of sale, Ravial will retain ownership of the goods supplied until the full receipt of the agreed payments.
